In this short interview @agworks.ai elaborates on his experience as a digital artist, what motivates him and the best programmes that he knows for digital creators
agworks.ai and I have been following each other on Instagram for sometime regularly posting and supporting the others respective pages.
In this interview agworks.ai shares his experience as an independent digital illustrator and some pro tips!
Hi everyone I introduce myself, I’m Andrea, aka agworks.ai and I’m a digital artist. I live in Italy and these are my instagram pages where I post my ideas, my works and my favorite icons of the past and present.
Thanks to the digital I have finally found the brush to express my ideas, my concept of abstract thought that reflects something that takes its cue from reality but which materializes in fantasy and emotions which are sometimes not always positive but which are part of everyone’s life. us made up of ups and downs.
To create my works I have always experimented with the different color management apps, atmospheres and artificial intelligences offered by technology, always looking for something innovative because I have always been a dynamic artist who does not start from an initial idea.
But I always work in progress so you can admire the final result created by the different steps from one app to another. Many say that digital art is not a real “art” and that the only way is paper, brushes and palettes.
What I can say is that… digital will not have physical material, but to use a certain program, a prompt, a gradation of atmosphere and lights you need to have a vision and have technique as if using brushes to achieve what you want imagine.
There are many programs that I have used, from the management and the final retouching of the image through lightroom, snapseed, picsart.
To the use of artificial intelligence such as wombo, midjourney and wonder.
In short, all this to say …. experiment and enjoy without thinking too much about the public opinion of others.
Do what you like and imagine … you will see that by expressing your thoughts you will be appreciated by those who understand and are passionate about what you will achieve!
PM: Awesome. What advice would you give to a novice digital artist just starting out?
